Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of IGOO

I. General provisions
1.1 	IGOO owns and operates the website.
1.2 	Before registration, users shall carefully read and agree to comply with this Agreement. Once registered, users and IGOO automatically reach agreements by which the users shall be bound. Users cannot use special service or products before consenting to relevant agreements, 
1.3 	IGOO may update the Agreement from time to time. Users shall pay close attention to and agree with this website, know and understand that this website does not bear obligation of notification. Notices, announcements, statements or others alike constitute one part of this Agreement.

II. Services
2.1 	The website will provide details of IGOO based on actual situation.
2.2 	The website provides merely relevant network services, with devices in respect to foresaid network services (such as PC, cellphone and other devices in connection with access to the Internet or mobile network) and subsequent costs (such as telephone bill and Internet access fees for access to Internet and cellphone fees for use of mobile network) at the expense of users.

III. User account
3.1 	Users who have completed registration and passes identity authentication via register system of this website will become official users and thus can enjoy all permissions granted by this website; those who haven’t been authenticated can enjoy limited permissions. IGOO is entitled to modify permission design for members. 
3.2 	Users can only use real names and ID numbers to register as required. Users shall ensure security of passwords and accounts and bear full responsibility for any loss or damage resulted from all activities undertaken by utilizing the passwords and accounts. The website will not bear any responsibility. Users shall modify accounts and passwords for safekeeping in case of accounts in unauthorized use or any other security-related problems and notify the website if necessary. The website will bear no liability for illegal use of accounts due to hacking or negligence of users in password keeping. 

IV. Service regulations
4.1 Relevant laws and regulations of People’s Republic of China shall be complied with, including but not limited to laws, regulations and measures in connection with computer and Internet as well as intellectual property right such as Computer Information System Security Protection Ordinance of the People’s Republic of China, Computer Software Protection Ordinance, Interpretations by Supreme People’s Court on Applicable Laws in Copyright Dispute Cases Related to Computer Network (FS[2004]NO.1), Decision by Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Maintenance of Internet Security, Regulation of Internet Bulletin Board Service, Regulation of Internet News and Information Service, Regulation of Administrative Protection of Internet Copyright and Ordinance of Protection of Right of Information Communication through Networks.
4.2 	Users shall take full responsibility for what they post, upload or transmit. All users shall not release, reproduce or transmit information containing any of the following contents, otherwise the website is entitled to disposal without notifying users:
 	Those violating basic principles determined by the Constitution;
 	Those endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting the government, undermining national unity;
 	Those impairing national honor and interests;
 	Those instigating ethnic hatred and discrimination, undermining ethnic unity;
 	Those breaking national religious policy, or blazoning forth evil cults and feudal superstition;
 	Those disseminating rumors, disturbing social order, or undermining social stability;
 	Those spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror or instigating crimes;
 	Those insulting or slandering others or impairing the legal right of others;
 	Those inciting illegal assembly, association, march, demonstration, Partying to disturb the social order;
 	Those organizing activities in the name of illegal non-governmental organizations;
 	Those containing other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.  
4.3 	Users shall undertake that they enjoy full intellectual property right or have been legally authorized by relevant obliges in terms of all information they post or upload on the website (i.e., belonging to the works stipulated in PRC Copyright Law, including but not limited to text, pictures, music, movies, shows and audio and video products as well as computer programs, etc.); the user shall compensate in full the website for all costs (including but not limited to all kinds of damages, litigation fees and other reasonable incurred expenses) in case the website is claimed by a third Partying due to violation of this provision by users;
4.4 	If any third Partying considers infringed by the information posted or uploaded by users to the website and send a notification to the website pursuant to Ordinance of Protection of Right of Information Communication through Networks or relevant laws, users shall agrees that the website may determine by itself to delete suspected infringing information and will not restore the deleted information unless users submit written proof to exclude possibility of infringement.
(1) 	Network service system cannot be used for any illegal purpose; 
(2) 	All network protocols, regulations and programs in respect to network service shall be complied with; 
(3) 	It is prohibited to use the website for behaviors that may cause negative effects to normal operation of the Internet; 
(4) 	It is prohibited to use the website for behaviors harming the website.
4.5	If users violate any of the foresaid regulations when using network service, the website is entitled to require users to correct or directly take necessary measures (including but limited to deleting posted information by users, suspending or terminating users’ rights to network service) to reduce the impact caused by users’ improper behaviors. 

V. Privacy protection
5.1 The website will not publicize to outside or provide any third Partying registration information and non-public information stored on the website when using network service of single user, except for the following situations:
 	Expressly authorized by users in advance; 
 	Pursuant to relevant laws and regulations;
 	As required by relevant governmental authorities;
 	For the purpose of protecting interests of the general public. 
5.2	 The website may cooperate with a third Partying to provide users relevant network services, in which case the website is entitled to provide the third party users’ registration information in the premise of the third party’s consent to bear the same responsibility to protect users’ privacy as the website and users shall not dissent.
5.3 	In the premise of non disclosure of private data of a single user, users agree that: the website is entitled to analyze and make commercial use of the whole user database. 

VI. Copyright statement
6.1	Text, pictures, audio and video on the website are owned by Shanghai Yigu Smart Light Technology Ltd. or both the company and authors, and cannot be reproduced arbitrarily without permission from the website.
6.2	Identifications, layout, arrangement and so on exclusive to the website are owned by Shanghai Yigu Smart Light Technology Ltd. and cannot be copied or reproduced arbitrarily without permission from the website.
6.3 	Anyone who uses any information on the website shall put on “From IGOO” and name of author, notify the website and .the author and pay the remuneration as required by laws if necessary, and bear all legal responsibilities independently.
6.4 	The website shall enjoy the privilege of using all works for other purposes, including but not limited to websites, E-journals and publications, but will notify authors before use and pay them based on the standard of the same industry.
6.5 	All information on the website represents only the authors’ own positions and views, irrelevant with the website. Authors shall take all legal responsibilities.
6.6 	The website reserves its right to take legal actions toward the behavior of malicious reproduction.

VII. Responsibility statement
7.1 	Users expressly agree that they will take responsibility for all the risks and consequences due to use of network service on the website and IGOO will not take any responsibility.
7.2 	The website cannot ensure network service will surely satisfy users, nor can it guarantee timeliness, security and accuracy of network service.
7.3 	The website cannot ensure accuracy and integrity of peripheral linkages set for providing users convenience and will not take any responsibility for any information on any web pages pointed by such linkages and out of actual control of the website.
7.4 	The website will not take any responsibility for network service interruption or other defects caused by Force Majeure or reasons out of control of the website, but it will reduce losses or impacts onto users as far as possible.
7.5	 The website shall not take any responsibility for defects in quality of the following products or service provided with users as well as any loss caused by the defects:
 	Free network services provided by the website;
 	Any product or service given away to users by the website.
7.6 The website is entitled to temporarily or permanently modify or terminate the service (or any part of the service) at any time and shall not take any responsibility to users and any third Partying no matter whether it has given notification or not. 

VIII. Supplementary terms
8.1	Laws of People’s Republic of China shall be applied in establishment, implementation, interpretation and resolution of disputes of this Agreement.
8.2	If any provision of this Agreement becomes partially or completely invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected in terms of validity or enforceability.
8.3 	This Agreement shall be construed and revised by Shanghai Yigu Smart Light Technology Ltd.
