I smashed my phone when I slipped and fell. I was holding the phone in my hand and had the screen facing down, which fell flat on the tiled floor. Luckily, only the glass cover broke and touch screen still works. I didn't get insurance, and my friends offered to fix it for me so am waiting for the part to arrive (although other friends are advising against it). But it costs $200 to fix it through the official channels and I might as well as get a new phone since that's almost half of what I paid to get this phone.

My phone is also sluggish sometimes but I find it faster when I reboot it or close some apps through the Task Manager. I'm going back to Blackberry next year.

Thanks for the htc battery update. I also got another battery but its life still sux and I smashed my screen a couple of weeks ago *sigh*
